Job Summary

As a Guest Services Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors to the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing arrivals and departures
  • Responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are met
  • Actively resolving guest issues and challenges
  • Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program
  • Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts and nights as required.

You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.


Qualifications :

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of team members
  • Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with drive ambition and a high level of energy
