The Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective operation expansion and strategic alignment of three U.S.-based SCF programs. This position is responsible for overseeing these programs from an organizational contractual and technical standpoint ensuring long-term business continuity and alignment with corporate financial objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in working capital optimization and SCF program management with a proactive approach to driving standardization supplier enablement and financial compliance. This role also serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders external banking partners and suppliers ensuring seamless coordination across procurement finance and technology functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational and strategic lead for the U.S. Supply Chain Finance program managing day-to-day execution while driving long-term development initiatives.
- Lead the identification selection and onboarding of SCF partner banks; oversee relationship management contracts guarantees and credit facilities.
- Act as the primary contact for supplier participation in SCF programs in close coordination with procurement; design and execute supplier outreach and onboarding strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in finance treasury procurement and legal to ensure alignment of SCF activities with corporate objectives and risk management policies.
- Oversee compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations in partnership with internal finance and legal departments.
- Develop and implement standardized SCF policies procedures work instructions and documentation practices to support scalable efficient operations.
- Manage weekly file exchanges and ongoing integrations with SCF platforms ensuring data integrity and consistency across ERP and banking systems.
- Coordinate outbound payment processes and reporting with Finance teams and monitor facility utilization and program KPIs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or a related discipline.
- 5 years of progressive experience in finance treasury or working capital management with a focus on supply chain finance or structured trade finance programs.
- In-depth knowledge of SCF structures such as reverse factoring dynamic discounting and receivables finance.
- Proven track record in designing scaling and managing SCF programs across large supplier networks.
- Hands-on experience with SCF platforms ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and banking integrations.
- Solid understanding of SCF-related legal frameworks compliance requirements and supplier onboarding processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
