Job Summary
Were looking for an organized tech-savvy and detail-orientedListing Coordinatorto join our top-producing lake real estate team. This role is the backbone of our listing process managing every detail from start to finish to ensure our sellers and agents experience smooth professional and well-marketed property launches.

- Gather property details paperwork and disclosures
- Coordinate and attend professional photography sessions
- Capture quick social media clips and assist with marketing posts
- Upload listings photos and showing instructions to MLS/BrokerBay
- Manage signage lockboxes and property keys
- Create drone/aerial photos for land listings
- Post listings on social media and maintain marketing checklists
- Keep CRM updated and track all client and listing activity
- Communicate updates to sellers and agents
- Coordinate open houses price changes and extensions
- Handle sign and lockbox removal after closing
- Support the team with admin tasks cost tracking and event prep
- Partner with the Operations Manager to strengthen our social media presence
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable with social media and Google Workspace
- Drone/photo editing experience a plus
- Real estate or marketing experience preferred but not required
