Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med-Surg/Telemetry to provide high-quality care in Canton Ohio. This position offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations on a med-surg/telemetry floor.
Perform ongoing patient assessments and respond to clinical changes promptly.
Collaborate effectively with physicians and allied health professionals.
Document nursing interventions accurately in compliance with facility standards.
Promote safety comfort and quality of care for all assigned patients.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience (required).
Licensure: Active Ohio RN License or Compact License (in hand).
Certifications:
BLS AHA
ACLS AHA
NIHSS
