Position Summary
The School of Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro is recruiting for a certified registered nurse anesthetist faculty member in the Doctor of Nursing Practice ( DNP ) program. We are seeking an innovative and talented individual who is actively engaged in evidence-based practice and education and who wants to advance the teaching service and scholarship/research mission of the UNCG School of Nursing. Responsibilities of the position include teaching active contribution to scholarship through evidence-based practice; student supervision and advising including participation in DNP capstone projects; and service to the school university and community/profession. The academic appointment is a 12-month clinical track position with full benefits with an August 1 2025 start date. Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in nursing and must hold or have completed a doctoral degree in nursing or related fields by August 1 2025. An unencumbered RN license in North Carolina; CRNA certification and licensure in North Carolina are required prior to the start date of August 1 2025. Clinical expertise and technical proficiency in administering anesthesia
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have teaching experience current CRNA clinical practice and scholarship appropriate to the desired rank.
