Remote Pharmacovigilance Pharmacist Ensure Drug Safety from Home

A confidential pharmaceutical organization is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Pharmacovigilance Pharmacist to support drug safety and regulatory compliance. This work-from-home role allows pharmacists to contribute to the monitoring of adverse events post-marketing surveillance and safety reporting without needing prior pharma experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collect evaluate and document adverse event reports for marketed and investigational products.
Conduct literature reviews and safety signal detection activities.
Prepare safety narratives and case documentation in accordance with FDA and global guidelines.
Collaborate with safety physicians regulatory affairs and medical affairs teams.
Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) FDA and ICH regulations.
Assist with safety database entry audits and quality reviews.

What Youll Bring

Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
Licensure: Active pharmacist license in the U.S.
Experience: Pharmacovigilance drug safety or regulatory experience preferred pharmacists from retail hospital or managed care with strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Excellent written communication documentation and analytical skills.
