Location: Cleveland OH 44195
Shift:D/N/Rotational Shift
Day: 3x12-Hour (07:00 19:30)
Night: 3x12-Hour (19:00 07:30)
Duration: 13 Weeks (High potential for extension; facility open to approving up to a 1516 week contract)
Type & Shift: Travel or Local Contract & D/N/Rotational Shift
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg/Telemetry for an acute care hospital assignment in Cleveland Ohio. The RN will play a key role in delivering high-quality evidence-based nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan implement and document nursing care based on patient assessment and needs.
Identify patient priorities through assessment planning intervention and evaluation.
Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care for assigned patients.
Initiate and conduct nursing assessments based on clinical findings diagnoses and care frameworks.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care safely and effectively.
Document care accurately in accordance with established standards and patient acuity.
Promote evidence-based practice and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Provide patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing practice models.
Perform additional duties as assigned by unit leadership.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience (required).
Licensure: Active Ohio RN License or Compact State RN License (must be in hand at submission).
Certifications:
BLS AHA (required)
ACLS AHA (required)
NIHSS (required)
