As the Manager IT Change and Communications you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide change strategies that support successful project outcomes and maximise user adoption. Youll apply the Prosci ADKAR framework to manage change readiness stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives that drive measurable benefits and minimise resistance.

About You
To be successful in this role youll bring Prosci Change Management certification and hands-on experience applying the ADKAR framework in IT environments. Youll have a proven track record of leading strategic change initiatives influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex IT addition you will possess hands-on experience in establishing change management practices from inception or have extensive expertise leading multiple large-scale transformation programmes as a change lead. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills combined with a collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement will enable you to drive meaningful transformation across the organisation.
