The Demand Fulfillment Planner will be responsible for developing and influencing actionable demand plans to transform commercial insights into a streamlined supply chain. This is a high-impact role that will be the primary liaison for the demand planning organization managing the entire lifecycle of customer demand from promotions to product transitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the collaboration process with customer development and engagement teams to transform their needs into actionable demand plans.

  • Owns the critical communication of stock availability issues back to commercial touchpoints including providing the impact root cause resolution dates and mitigation plans.

  • Leads the management of information flow for new products and transitions including the Produce Gate process.

  • Engages in the weekly execution cycle with Supply Syn and Demand Planning to align on potential stock availability issues and communication plans.

  • Coordinates the Slow Moving and Obsolete stock (SLOB) management process including clearance and destructions by collaborating with Sub Demand Planning and Customer Development.

  • Represents the supply chain in commercial meetings to discuss service root causes resolution dates and key mitigation plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Engineering Business Administration or equivalent.

  • 5 years experience in Planning or Supply Chain in Consumer Goods or Manufacturing.

  • 2 years of dedicated experience in a Supply Chain Planning role.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).

  • Understanding and experience working in a Supply Chain Planning System.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An MS or MBA degree

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing supply chain role.

  • Experience with Kinaxis Maestro.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and roles.

  • Demonstrated ability in Analysis/Decision Making and Planning/Priority Setting.


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $94000.00 - $133000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision basic life insurance paid parental leave disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
