Job Summary
Our client an AI platform that builds and deploys intelligent workers to automate communication is seeking Deployment Strategists to help customers unlock real business value through cutting-edge technology.
Role Overview
As a Deployment Strategist youll bridge user needs product capabilities and data insights partnering directly with customers to design and scale AI-powered solutions that transform how they operate. Youll work cross-functionally embed with client teams and help drive measurable outcomes across industries.
What Youll Do
- Partner with customers to understand workflows goals and challenges
- Collaborate with engineers to scope prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions
- Analyze and integrate key datasets into scalable automated systems
- Design and refine workflows that boost efficiency and productivity
- Lead user training and onboarding to ensure adoption and long-term success
- Present insights and strategy to both technical and executive stakeholders
- Drive customer renewals expansion and identify new use cases for growth
What You Bring
- 5 years in project or account management renewals and expansion in customer-facing roles
- Backgrounds in strategic consulting startup operations customer success PE/banking or engineering consulting
- Experience in legacy industries (e.g. logistics manufacturing) and early-stage startups preferred
- Strong technical foundation including proficiency in Python and SQL (preferred)
- A hands-on operator who thrives in collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients
- Willingness to travel 50% to engage with clients on-site
