Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Evaluate patients diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions and provide preventive care and education.

Chronic Disease Management: Manage ongoing care for conditions such as diabetes hypertension and cardiovascular disease.

Collaboration: Coordinate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and continuous patient care.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate medical records including treatment plans progress notes and follow-ups.

Professional Growth: Engage in continuing medical education and remain current with developments in internal medicine to maintain board certification and licensure.
Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine

Active Missouri medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Strong clinical judgment communication and teamwork skills
