Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Med-Surg/Telemetry RNs to join hospital teams in Garfield Heights Ohio&Warrensville Heights Ohio. The nurse will provide safe evidence-based care to patients in a busy acute care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor cardiac rhythms.
Administer medications and manage patient care per established nursing standards.
Document interventions and patient responses accurately in the EHR.
Communicate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
Maintain adherence to infection control and safety standards.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience (required).
Licensure: Active Ohio RN License or Compact License (in hand).
Certifications:
BLS AHA
ACLS AHA
NIHSS
