Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging procedures according to established protocols
- Ensure accurate positioning imaging and safety for all patients
- Maintain imaging equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- ARRT registered or registry eligible
- Current Iowa Permit to Practice
- BCLS certification required upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and imaging software
