Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with various departments (like Finance HR and Operations) to analyze existing workflows and identify key opportunities for automation.

* Design develop test and deploy robust and scalable automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and scripting languages.

* Manage the end-to-end implementation of automation projects including integration with other systems and applications via APIs.

* Provide ongoing support for deployed automations including troubleshooting issues performing maintenance and making improvements as needed.

* Create and maintain clear concise and comprehensive documentation for all automation processes including process maps and technical specifications.

* Track the performance of automation initiatives measure their ROI and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

* Act as a subject matter expert sharing best practices and promoting an automation-first mindset across the company.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

* Proven experience with one or more major RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism).

* Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or PowerShell.

* Strong understanding of APIs (REST SOAP) and experience integrating different software systems.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

* A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

* Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.

* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).

* Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.

* Certification in a leading RPA tool (e.g. UiPath Certified RPA Developer).

* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Education and Experience:

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

* A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in automation development RPA or a similar role focused on process improvement through technology.

Annual Pay

* $88000 $120000 per year.

* The final salary will be commensurate with the candidates experience skills and qualifications.
