Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced results-driven and strategic Corporate Consultant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of corporate operations organizational development and business strategy and will provide expert guidance to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on business strategy operational efficiency change management and organizational structure.

Conduct thorough analyses of business practices workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement.

Design and implement tailored business solutions that drive measurable results.

Facilitate strategic planning sessions workshops and training for client stakeholders.

Prepare detailed reports presentations and recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Guide clients through mergers acquisitions restructuring and expansion initiatives.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices trends and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and consistent delivery of value.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Economics or related field (Masters preferred).

Minimum of 2 years experience in corporate consulting management consulting or a similar advisory role.

Demonstrated expertise in business analysis change management and organizational development.

Exceptional analytical problem-solving and project management skills.

Strong communication presentation and interpersonal abilities.

Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple client engagements.

Proficiency with business intelligence tools project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with a variety of industries preferred.

Professional certifications (e.g. PMP Six Sigma CMC) are a plus.
