Job Summary
Through an 18-month rotation program you will gain hands-on experience in various roles across the supply chain optimizing sell-through across different routes-to-market. You will work on planning allocation and logistics of our finished goods learning through a mix of classroom training on-the-job training and mentorship. You will witness the complex end-to-end flow of goods and take a meaningful role with direct impact including meeting our cost and carbon goals maximizing revenue and improving the customer experience. After these rotations youll be placed in a position in one of our Operations teams employing your cross-functional background.
- Exert thoughtful influence across multiple functional teams and be a strong teammate
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be passionate about working through ambiguity
- Have the capability to investigate sophisticated detail and emerge with clear strategies/plans
- Broad exposure to supply chain management processes including Supply & Demand Planning Order Management Supply Chain Logistics and End Customer Fulfillment
- Bachelor of Science MS (in relevant fields like Supply Chain Industrial Engineering Operations Research Computer Science Statistics Business Analytics)
- MBA or equivalent experience is desired
