What Youll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support in German or Dutch
- Handle inquiries via phone email or chat with professionalism
- Guide customers through order delivery and product-related questions
- Ensure every interaction reflects care accuracy and quality
Who You Are
- Fluent in German or Dutch (C1native level)
- Good command of English (for internal communication)
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy empathetic and detail-oriented
- Motivated to grow in an international remote environment
