- Review and verify vendor quotations for facilities management and improvement works to ensure completeness accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Validate quantities unit rates and scope coverage against actual site conditions before submission for approval.
- Provide cost comparison and support recommendations for vendor selection.
- Ensure quotations are consistent with approved designs materials and technical standards.
- Prepare and build up client quotations using the Schedule of Rates (SOR) applying cost estimation independently of vendor quotes.
- Support management in preparing cost estimates budget proposals and variation submissions.
- Manage and coordinate minor improvement renovation and fit-out works from planning to completion.
- Liaise with clients contractors consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Conduct site inspections monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Verify work completion for payment certification and project closure.
- Assist in the first-cut review of drawings material submissions and method statements for resident fit-out works to ensure adherence to clients design guidelines and specifications.
- Coordinate design clarifications and approvals with contractors consultants and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all resident fit-out works meet design guideline statutory requirements and technical compliance.
- Maintain organized records of quotations approvals and cost submissions.
- Prepare progress updates variation summaries and handover documentation.
- Support internal audits and project performance reporting.
