We are building a pipeline of experienced and motivated Cold Callers or Appointment Setters for upcoming full-time remote opportunities. If you have a proven background in outbound calling lead generation or appointment setting especially within the real estate industry (a strong plus) wed love to include you in our talent pool and reach out once a suitable position becomes available.
Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling telemarketing or lead generation
Experience or knowledge in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to handle objections build rapport and convert leads over the phone
Experience using CRM tools lead databases or dialer systems
Highly motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services
Generate qualify and nurture leads through research and consistent follow-up
Set appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales or closing team
Identify decision-makers and build relationships with prospects to drive engagement
Maintain accurate call logs lead notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling lead conversion and appointment targets
Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions
