We’re looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join our growing tech this role you’ll design build and deploy advanced AI solutions that power healthcare insights recruiter automation and personalized digital experiences. You’ll work hands-on with LLMs machine learning models and scalable data pipelines—collaborating closely with our Head of Engineering to bring innovative ideas into production. • Design and develop AI-driven modules for healthcare professional (HCP) targeting clustering and lead scoring.
• Build and deploy LLM-based recruiter agents utilizing LangChain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Train and fine-tune machine learning models for content personalization CME (Continuing Medical Education) recommendations and second-opinion chatbots.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature stores to support robust and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the Head of Engineering and cross-functional teams to operationalize AI services in production environments.

• 3–6 years of professional experience in AI engineering machine learning or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python PyTorch/TensorFlow FastAPI LangChain and Vector Databases (e.g. Pinecone FAISS).
• Hands-on experience with ML Ops model deployment and data pipeline orchestration.
• Exposure to healthcare or market research datasets is preferred.
• Prior experience in a startup environment with a strong builder mindset is an advantage.
• Must possess hands-on coding ability; this is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Demonstrated ownership adaptability and the ability to work effectively in lean fast-paced teams.
