About the Job:
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Business Analyst to join our clients team and serve as a key finance partner within the PMO this role you will collaborate with Finance PMO and cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives from planning through execution. You will be responsible for identifying and documenting business requirements designing and implementing enhanced financial processes and systems and developing reporting tools that promote transparency and strategic alignment. Leveraging strong analytical skills you will conduct gap analyses root cause assessments and impact evaluations to deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making. Additionally you will monitor project timelines risks and deliverables while supporting change management efforts through training communication and adoption strategies. This role requires the ability to translate complex data into clear dashboards KPIs and executive-level presentations that influence leadership decisions and track transformation outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of experience in business analysis financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or transformation roles.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle with solid expertise in financial modeling and process optimization.
- Excellent communication analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in large-scale transformation or change initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.
