JOB SUMMARY
The Travel Management Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Travel Management team by assisting with scheduling project coordination cross-functional communication and administrative tasks. This position helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments contributes to strategic initiatives and promotes a high standard of service and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and thrives in a dynamic team-driven environment where collaboration and adaptability are essential.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
2 - 3 years experience in office management accounting or airlines preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience with Charter Air Program preferred
Strong computer skills including intermediate proficiency in Excel required.
1-3 years Hotel / Casino / Call Center / Charter Operations experience preferred.
Ability to communicate in English is required.
Strong guest relations skills are required
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to communicate well in person online meetings on the telephone and in correspondence.
Must be able to solve problems being able to quickly identify the challenge and resolution.
Must be organized and timeline driven.
Must be driven and able to work independently in the framework of the larger project.
