DC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

POSITION:DC Maintenance Supervisor

SHIFT:1ST Shift 6am 6pm Rotation (MUST be Flexible)

DEPARTMENT:Distribution Center

LOCATION:Marshalltown IA

SALARY CLASS:Exempt

INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE LESS THAN 3 ATTENDANCE POINT IN ORDER TO APPLY

QUALIFICATIONS:

Supervisory skills; good interpersonal relations; ability to handle conflict.
Good verbal and written communication skills people skills.
Ability to speak multiple languages beneficial.
Maintenance background and PLC knowledge.
Great Work ethic a MUST.
Great Follow up.
Coaching/teaching skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform on line edits and program changes with PLCs and familiarity with box logic.
Other responsibilities include knowledge of troubleshooting replacing calibrating and testing malfunctioning (pneumatics hydraulics electrical and mechanical) components on high speed machinery systems and process control systems.
Inspect clean treat for corrosion and perform system operational checks on high speed machinery systems industrial control systems and instrumentation systems.
Diagnose mechanical pneumatic hydraulic and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses test components and technical publication.
Monitors work conditions with a main focus on safety and solid adherence to process and procedure. Attention and oversight of whole crew to employ good housekeeping habits.
PM completion goals and R&M involvement.
Warehouse Refrigeration.
