SC Customer Collaboration Analyst

Colgate Palmolive strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service distribution and transportation. The individual will need to build strong relationships by providing robust analytical skills communication skills and leadership skills to leverage internal and limited external customer data to maximize customer satisfaction best in class service efficiency improvements and aligned demand plans. This role is a critical component of our supply chain working collaboratively to ensure that quality safety and the experience of our customers is our top priority.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate robust analytical and quantitative skills proficiency with computer systems and strong communication skills to establish relationships with our top customers and sales teams.

  • Think strategically challenge convention and be willing to take a leadership role within the team.

  • Develop analytical skills demonstrate leadership gain valuable customer experience and shape the direction of how Colgate provides an improved customer experience.

  • Identify and communicate customer specific changes/trends that impact the demand plans.

  • Assures service level performance is aligned with the established customer requirements.

  • Play a critical role in collaborating with Planning and Sales within Colgate to improve national forecast accuracy and better distribution of finished goods inventory.

  • Represent customer forecasts in the Sales & Operations Planning process and perform forecast accuracy analysis to identify focus areas within the operating companies.

  • Collaborate with our customers to identify areas of opportunity for greater efficiency and service improvement.

  • Seek opportunities and lead improvement projects including but not limited to new technology assessments and implementations and logistic efficiency improvements.

  • Identify and potentially participate in opportunities to be involved in benchmarking attending industry conferences and provide critical input into the strategic direction of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelors degree or higher is required; focused degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or another related field.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience

  • Strong Analytical skills and advance knowledge with Excel

  • Curiosity and desire to learn new systems/applications

  • Experience working across cross-functional teams

  • Proven problem-solving skills

  • Strong understanding of replenishment forecasting and inventory management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with DOMO Sigma Snowflake Google sheets Google Data Studio

  • Solid understanding of SAP and how to use the system capabilities to drive value

  • Strong understanding of the end to end supply chain

  • Supply Chain experience or knowledge in Order Management Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics Replenishment and/or Planning

  • Customer facing experience

  • Familiarity with Python or SQL

  • Customer-centric mentality

  • Collaboration and communication skills

  • Proficiency with Tableau or similar reporting tools


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision basic life insurance paid parental leave disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
