Job Summary

C3Aero is leading the charge in secure AI-driven connectivity solutions for aerospace industrial and enterprise clients and were excited to offer an Operations & Strategy Intern position for Spring 2026. As an intern youll dive into the heart of our startup supporting critical business operations process improvements and strategic market research. This role provides hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a high-growth technology company offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission while gaining valuable experience in operations and strategy. Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing vendor relationships tracking budgets and preparing operational reports.
Conduct market research competitive analysis and policy evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
Help document and streamline operational processes workflows and best practices for efficiency.
Support cross-functional project coordination collaborating with operations product and leadership teams.
Analyze data to identify trends inefficiencies or opportunities for process improvement.
Contribute to presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership meetings.
Participate in team discussions to brainstorm solutions and strategies for operational challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Management Economics or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Genuine interest in business operations strategy or startup environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic setting.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Coursework or prior experience in operations management supply chain or business strategy.
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Google Sheets) or basic project management software.
Interest in technology aerospace or secure connectivity industries.
Previous internship or project experience in a startup or fast-growth company.
