Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate supports daily operations by maintaining a clean organized and efficient warehouse and surrounding grounds. This role includes managing incoming materials staging job supplies supporting fleet logistics and assisting with occasional deliveries or part pickups. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work is dependable and values consistency and accuracy in day-to-day responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain tidiness and organization of the warehouse and storage areas.
Receive verify and stock incoming materials and equipment.
Stage and prepare materials for scheduled jobs.
Keep exterior warehouse and yard areas clean and orderly.
Assist with fleet service logistics and vehicle maintenance coordination.
Perform part pickups and deliveries when needed.
Support accurate inventory tracking and documentation.
Follow company safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications
Valid North Carolina drivers license with no more than three (3) moving violations or accidents in the past three years.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work safely.
Reliable detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Previous warehouse logistics or inventory experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
