Job Description:

Test/verification of Avionics and Mission equipment compatibility as installed on military aircraft
Perform TEMPEST test at aircraft level to verify isolation of classified signals
Utilize modeling tools and equipment to establish operating data conduct experimental tests and evaluate results
Select test equipment based on analysis of specifications to support required testing
Perform simulations and present design reviews to peer engineers
Use test equipment to analyze/verify hardware designs

Essential Functions:

Ability to travel.
Work extended hours when necessary.
RF/Microwave Device testing and evaluation including s-parameter large signal load pull characterization as well as modulated signal measurements.
Must have familiarity with common commercial RF design and analysis tools to design and analyze RF circuits and systems (i.e. ADS HFSS CST MATLAB etc.).
Determine design approaches and parameters.
Analyze electrical requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
Analyze equipment to establish operating data conduct experimental tests and evaluate results.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Electrical & Computer Engineering or related field and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 2 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication technical writing and presentation skills.
Knowledge and/or experience with Network Analyzers Spectrum Analyzers signal generators and Antenna theory.
