As a Trading Services Analyst in the Trading Services team you will perform detailed analysis on cases and tickets received from Financial Advisors Fund Managers and Carriers. You will ensure all processes strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures escalate business risk incidents promptly and contribute to process transformation initiatives. You will work collaboratively to maintain effective controls and deliver a customer-focused experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze cases and tickets from Advisors Fund Managers and Carriers in accordance with established SOPs
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of SOPs and ensure strict compliance
- Document and report any deviations from SOPs
- Escalate potential business risk incidents promptly and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks
- Maintain accurate records of risk incidents and actions taken
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Participate in initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency
- Implement best practices for robust controls management
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
