Votre mission si vous lacceptez :
Une offre de stage intitulée Stage en Ressources Humaines - Onboarding & Mobilité Interne (h/f) vient de souvrir au sein dAirbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac.

Vous rejoindrez le département Talent Acquisition Strategy & Performance en charge notamment de la stratégie donboarding et de mobilité interne au niveau du groupe et à linternational.

Votre stage consistera à supporter le développement de la stratégie donboarding et de mobilité interne en gardant toujours à lesprit doffrir la meilleure expérience employée possible. Vous pourrez ainsi travailler sur lamélioration de processus et participer à des initiatives de projets.

Ce stage dune durée de 6 mois débutera idéalement en avril 2026 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Supporter le développement de la stratégie donboarding et de mobilité interne

• Améliorer la communication digitale de notre intranet

• Participer à la coordination du réseau onboarding et ses activités connexes

• Supporter les évènements digitaux de mobilité interne

• Effectuer des activités de reporting

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

Votre carte dembarquement pour cette aventure :
Vous êtes actuellement en Bac4 ou Bac5 en Ressources Humaines (ou un domaine équivalent).

Your mission shall you accept it :

We are super excited to offer an Internship Human Resources - Onboarding & Internal Mobility (m/f) at Airbus Commercial in Blagnac site.

You will join the department Talent Acquisition Strategy & Performance in charge amongst other things of Onboarding & Internal mobility strategy at transnational and company level.

During your internship you will support our Onboarding and Internal Mobility strategy development by working on process improvements participating in project initiatives and always focusing on providing a seamless employee experience.

Ideally this is a 6 month internship and it should start in March 2026 (date subject to flexibility).

Main tasks and activities:

• Support Onboarding & Internal Mobility strategy development

• Enhance the digital communication on the intranet

• Participate in the Local Onboarding Network coordination & activities

• Support internal mobility digital events

• Manage Onboarding & internal mobility reporting

Your tutor will support you in identifying your professional objectives and developing your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Internal communication

• Event management

• Analytical skills and reporting analysis

• Transnational mindset

Your Boarding Pass:

You are a highly motivated HR student preparing a diploma level Bac4 or Bac5 in Human Resources (or equivalent). You are eager to learn and interested in improving the employee experience. To be successful in your mission you will need to demonstrate these following skills :
