Job Summary
Senior Product Manager
As a Senior Product Manager you will own assigned major products product lines or product platforms from ideation to phase-out (cradle to grave). In this key role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Research & Development Marketing Audiology Field Sales Operations and other stakeholders to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive Unitrons business strategy forward.
Responsibilities:
Bring the voice of the customer into the organization by conducting market research analyzing data and spending time in the field to identify customer needs and opportunities
Set the vision and strategy for assigned products communicating business value customer insights and product intent across all stakeholders
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned products ensuring success from development through to end-of-life decisions
Define and drive elements of the Unitron product roadmap in collaboration with business leaders and strategic marketing
Partner with R&D and eSolutions teams to prioritize requirements guide development and ensure technical feasibility
Prepare technical and regulatory documentation for new product introductions and support product launches with strategic input
Collaborate with Operations on logistics topics and ensure efficient phase-out decisions based on market performance
More about you:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
5 years of experience in Product Management or a similar marketing role
Excellent communication collaboration and influencing skills
Strong analytical thinker with proven problem-solving abilities
Thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
Proactive adaptable and skilled at working across functions without formal authority
Experience in audiology or hearing healthcare is an asset
