Loyalty Supervisor (Full-Time)

Aloft Perth is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Loyalty Supervisor to join our Front Office team on a 6-month fixed-term contract (until May 2026).

About the Role

As Loyalty Supervisor youll be the face of our Marriott Bonvoy Elite member experience - leading recognition engagement and service excellence from pre-arrival to post-stay. Youll also support front desk operations and mentor our Connector Team to deliver memorable guest journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program and Elite member experience
• Coordinate daily operations and ensure service excellence
• Lead and support the Connector Team
• Respond to guest feedback and drive satisfaction
• Assist with team coaching and development
