Job Summary
The Ray Auto Group is looking for a SALES BDC Manager in Fox Lake
Some of the primary responsibilities of a BDC manager include: train BDC agents/ representativesassist with reaching quotas for inbound and outbound call email and text conversions. Review sales data to identify areas that require additional support. Work collectively with BDC Director and Sales management team.
- Staff development:Providing feedback and guidance to the staff
- Customer relationship management:Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients
- Communication:Communicating effectively with team members
Schedule:
- Full Time (3-4 Closing Shifts) Saturdays
- Closed Sunday (1) Weekday OFF
