Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and maintain a clinical presence.
Offer mentorship and support to other veterinarians including recent graduates.
Collaborate with practice teams to strengthen workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.
Assist with recruitment onboarding and development of veterinary professionals.
Contribute to operational planning scheduling and performance review processes.
Promote compliance and uphold standards of quality care.
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree.
Active veterinary license in the state of employment (or eligibility to obtain).
3-5 years of clinical veterinary experience preferred.
Strong communication collaboration and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel within the local region to support assigned practices.
