Were hiring an AI Software Engineer to help build Milestone a platform that redefines how enterprises run cybersecurity consulting engagements.

What Youll Do:

Build and own end-to-end features from Firebase backend to React UI.
Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI Claude Gemini etc.) for summarization Q&A nudging matching and additional team delivery use cases.
Help develop a context-aware agents that guides projects from kickoff to final report.
Create scalable testable infrastructure for real-time insights and automation.

What Were Looking For:

Hands-on experience with LLM integrations. Demonstrated ability to design and build multi-action LLM agents that can perform sequences of operations and generate actionable responses.
Proficiency in prompt engineering and managing context within LLM sessions.
Strong experience with TypeScript or other backend language Firebase (Firestore Functions Auth).
Ability to work fast learn fast and design for modularity from day one.
At least 5 years of experience in development.
Advantage: worked both in startups and large companies.
