Work youll do

Audit the expenses submitted by the Deloitte professionals to make sure the expenses reimbursed are in compliance with the expense reimbursement policies.

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of U.S. Firms Expense and Reimbursement Policies (APRs)

Gain greater understanding of the end to end business and work independently

Identify instances of non-compliance spending patterns unusual data trends and potential fraud/abuse

Research discrepancies identified during audit determine an appropriate course of action for resolving issues based on results of the audit

Communicate effectively with the employees and PPMDs and highlight findings and bring open issues to closure

Follow-up on results of review and analysis; provide recommendations for improving policy and/or procedure

Prioritize important time-based tasks (both primary and teams tasks) and continuously strive to improve review processes to ensure appropriate level of coverage is completed in an efficient manner

Interact with respective Team Leads and Managers to resolve issues of a highly confidential or sensitive nature

Own and deliver responsibilities with quality and within required timelines

Requirements

• GraduateinCommerce
• 2to5yearsofexperience;experienceinauditwillbeanaddedadvantage/preferred
• Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
• Strong decision making and analytical ability
• High on Integrity to able to deal with sensitive and confidential data
• Experience in SAP AO DTE (EQT) SAP/HR firm financial systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills would be an advantage
• Demonstrated flexibility in changing processes and procedures to meet team goals and responsibilities
