About the Role
As the Associate General Counsel Employment you will serve as a key advisor on global employment matters for a fast-growing technology company. Youll work cross-functionally with People Corporate Development Global Expansion Data Center Operations Finance Tax and other stakeholders to provide strategic legal guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding to performance management policy development and compliance. This role will lead complex employment matters scale frameworks to support CoreWeaves expanding international footprint and help craft proactive strategies for our global workforce. Youll report to the Deputy General Counsel Corporate.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $161000 to $237000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. CoreWeave strives for both market alignment and internal equity in compensation. Our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
