This role connects community moments from campaigns and online conversations to online mentorship and events into a cohesive story about how Fiverrs people are shaping the future of work.
This is a full-time hybrid role that will work out of Fiverrs NYC office three days a week.
What am I going to do:
- Leverage existing community relationships and initiatives (Millionaire Milestone AI education series Advisory Board Forum regional programs) to identify stories that reflect the depth and evolution of Fiverrs talent.
- Create and share community-led storytelling that celebrates collaboration innovation and human creativity in AI-native and high-impact categories.
- Partner with brand social and PR teams to bring influential creative voices from inside and outside the platform into the community through content collaborations or event moments that spark visibility and virality.
- Develop lightweight storytelling systems: templates formats and processes that make it easy for sellers and community leaders to share their own perspectives.
- Maintain relationships with Fiverrs top freelancers and leaders to continually surface insights proof points and creative inspiration.
- Help evolve Fiverrs internal understanding of community by providing data-driven insights on how relationships recognition and reputation drive trust and long-term growth and market differentiation.
- Implement and manage tracking tools (e.g. social listening content analytics) to measure the impact of community-led content on brand sentiment traffic and PR metrics. Utilize A/B testing and data insights to continuously optimize content formats and distribution windows.
- Develop maintain and document lightweight storytelling systems content templates and technical processes (e.g. CMS integration standardized data flow) that streamline how sellers and community leaders contribute their perspectives for mass distribution.
- Leverage AI tools (LLMs agents and emerging applications) to enhance community content streamline processes and ensure programs scale effectively while staying safe relevant and on-brand.

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Community Marketing Content Strategy or Community Management with a strong focus on measurable PR and brand-building outcomes.
- Strong technical proficiency in digital analytics and applying a data-driven approach to content strategy.
- Excellent storytelling and content creation skills with the ability to edit and package raw community insights into polished marketing assets.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with PR Brand and Product teams to achieve shared amplification goals.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows content creation and community engagement; able to identify where AI can add value without compromising quality
