Job Summary

At ABAX we help businesses gain control visibility and efficiency through smart mobility technology. Our Asset Tracking Solutions enable organisations to track manage and optimise their equipment vehicles and tools giving them full operational oversight and real-time insights.

As we expand in the large-customer segment were looking for a high-performing Account Executive to shape our strategy and secure key logos across our primary territories.

In this consultative sales role youll own the full sales cycle for ABAX Asset Tracking Solutions from identifying and qualifying new opportunities through to closing complex multi-stakeholder deals. Youll deliver measurable value to clients across wholesale construction logistics manufacturing and utilities sectors. Youll help establish ABAXs footprint and drive strategic sustainable growth.

What Youll Do

  • Engaging and establishing relationships with large organisations within designated verticals and territories.
  • Leading complex solution-based sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders and decision-making units.
  • Conducting comprehensive discovery sessions to identify operational challenges and articulate a compelling rationale for action.
  • Developing and delivering tailored business cases and ROI analyses that clearly demonstrate value to the client.
  • Overseeing the full sales lifecyclefrom opportunity identification through contract executionwhile maintaining accurate CRM pipeline and forecast data.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Pre-Sales Product Legal and Delivery) to design custom solutions build long-term strategic customer relationships and contribute to the evolution of the go-to-market strategy.

What Were Looking For

  • 5 years experience in B2B solution sales ideally within IoT SaaS telematics fleet or asset-management.
  • Proven track record in high-value long-cycle deals.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders in Operations Finance IT and Procurement.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build ROI-driven value propositions.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive independent goal-oriented and effective across departments at all levels.
