Staff Product Manager

This is a senior role where youll have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives deliver measurable impact and collaborate across multiple product areas. .

The Role

Were looking for a Staff Product Manager; this senior role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires strong influence across cross-functional teams. Youll define the long-term vision align stakeholders and deliver outcomes that drive growth. Youll work across product domains to bring insights to teams collaborate across the product organization and raise the overall quality of product thinking. Were looking for someone who thrives in complexity navigates ambiguity with confidence and owns problems end-to-end.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Staff Product Manager at Factorial you will:

• Own your product: Define the long-term vision roadmap and strategic initiatives ensuring alignment across teams and business goals.

• Lead end-to-end execution: Partner closely with Engineering Design and Data to deliver high-quality outcomes at speed and scale.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Customer Success Sales Marketing and clients to deeply understand user needs and market context.

• Drive measurable impact: Own key product metrics business outcomes and continuous product improvement.

• Shape strategic direction: Identify opportunities make data-informed decisions and influence the broader domain strategy.

• Connect across domains: Actively collaborate within the product organization to bring insights from other areas into your domain and elevate collective thinking.

What Were Looking For

Youre likely a great fit if you:

• Have 8 years of experience in Product Management preferably in B2B SaaS with significant hands-on ownership of the full product lifecycle.

• Can lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Are business-driven and focused on delivering measurable impact.

• Thrive on complex challenges and navigate ambiguity with confidence.

• Are data-driven comfortable defining hypotheses metrics and analyzing results.

• Have a strong sense of design and user experience valuing simplicity and usability.

• Possess excellent communication skills able to advocate for your vision internally and externally.

• Have GTM experience ensuring product launches are aligned with Marketing and Sales.

• Are comfortable scaling processes and optimizing workflows across teams.

• Speak fluent English (additional languages such as Spanish French Italian or German are highly valued).

• Are comfortable with scaling processes managing multiple stakeholders and proactively optimizing workflowseven beyond your immediate area of responsibility.

Bonus Points if You:

• Have worked with HR tech or similar domains.

• Have experience working in hyper-growth environments where things move fast and change is constant.

• Have proven experience in a product leadership position

• Have a solid technical understanding to bridge the gap between engineering and business

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 80000 ( fix variables) and 90000 (fix variables). We wont consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
