Tasks
As an HR Generalist (f/m/x) at Pimcore Deutschland you will
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
- Act as the main contact for employees in Germany and handle all HR-related administrative tasks.
- (Data) maintenance within existing HR tools and employment contract management
- Ensure HR compliance and accurate documentation in line with German labor and data protection laws.
- Plan and organize local office and team events to foster engagement and a positive work culture.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and processes that make Pimcore an even better place to work.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field / equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role in Germany.
- Good knowledge of general HR processes and German labor law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English.
- Organizational talent paired with the drive to challenge and improve the status quo
