As a Paid Traffic Manager you will be responsible for the strategic planning execution and optimization of our paid online marketing campaigns. Your goal is to maximize reach and conversions through data-driven advertising strategies
Tasks
- Develop strategy how to improve revenue and traffic to the EU subs 9 websites (Germany UK France Netherlands Spain Belgium Austria Poland Ireland) support EMEA distributors
- Plan launch and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn TikTok etc.) current main markets : UK Germany France Spain Austria
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on key metrics
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation
- Create performance reports and derive actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing Ecom Sales) and external partners (Agencies for Content and Consulting)
- Conduct A/B testing and drive conversion rate optimization
Requirements
- Degree in Digital Marketing Communications Business or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in paid advertising
- Strong expertise in Google Ads Meta Business Manager and other ad platforms
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics Tag Manager etc.)
- Self-motivated organized and a team player
- Fluent in German and English
