We are growing our AI Development Team and looking for additional Senior AI Software Engineer Python to join CuJu in the beginning of 2026

Tasks
Your Mission
As a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python and AI you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing CUJUs scalable reliable and future-proof technology architecture. Youll be at the core of building AI-powered solutions that directly impact the future of sports talent identification.
What Youll Work On
- Design and implement the overall AI-driven software architecture.
- Write clean production-ready Python code and champion best practices.
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and implement release strategies (blue/green canary rolling updates).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders product teams and data scientists.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 7 years in software engineering with a strong focus on Python.
- Proven experience in system architecture and distributed applications.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML systems and their integration into scalable products.
- Strong grasp of design patterns clean architecture and SOLID principles.
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD cloud platforms (AWS) Docker Kubernetes.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with Terraform and observability tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK).
