Tasks
As a Solutions Architect you are part of our Global Solutions Engineering team and will act as the critical bridge between Taurus engineering teams and our clients technical organizations including IT DevOps security and business stakeholders.
This role combines deep technical expertise with proven expertise in managing external client relationships. You will lead implementation projects design integration solutions and deliver professional services across complex and regulated environments with a strong focus on financial institutions and banking clients.
During your journey at Taurus you will :
- Design and deliver secure and scalable Taurus solutions across physical virtual cloud or hybrid infrastructures.
- Lead and execute the full lifecycle of technical service delivery to clients from blueprint application installation configuration and deployment to training and support and system deprecation.
- Build and maintain trust relationships with clients acting as a strategic advisor and technical point of contact throughout the engagement.
- Implement advanced professional services including product customization integration and troubleshooting**.**
- Drive and manage together with partners client integration projects involving multiple third-party vendors and complex IT ecosystems.
- Collaborate with clients to continuously refine and adapt Taurus platform to better meet their evolving needs.
- Ensure complete knowledge transfer and documentation for clients and partners.
- Work cross-functionally with Taurus engineering product and support teams to resolve issues quickly and improve client satisfaction.
- Maintain and evolve high-quality client-facing technical documentation and deployment guides.
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish a plus
- 5-7 years of technical experience ideally within complex enterprise or financial services environments experience within IT consulting firms a plus.
- Proven track record as a Solutions Architect Solutions Engineer or Technical Account Manager with measurable impact on client success satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrated expertise in integration architecture with emphasis on banking environments (e.g. core banking systems secure file transfer messaging buses KYC/AML APIs etc.).
- Extensive background in enterprise IT architectures and operations: virtualization backup disaster recovery VDI CI/CD pipelines in production.
- Hands-on knowledge of modern DevOps tooling: Linux Kubernetes OpenShift Docker Ansible Terraform Python YAML Shell scripting.
- Good understanding of database management (SQL) and development experience in Go Java or Python is a plus.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly autonomous curious and focused on outcomes and client success.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client engagements.
