Proven experience as a Product Owner or Solution Lead supporting Oracle Cloud applications (HCM or ERP).
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud for the Hire-to-Retire process or Oracle Cloud ERP for the Record-to-Report process.
Strong business acumen paired with a technical mindset capable of translating functional needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment.
Hands-on experience managing production incidents platform enhancements and release cycles.
