Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis in Cambridge MD. The RN will provide direct patient care coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide and coordinate nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established policies/procedures.
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor document and report changes in patient condition to appropriate healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with infection control safety and quality standards.
Educate patients and families regarding health management and treatment plans.
Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing).
Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
