Job Title: Full Stack Tech Lead Sr.
Location: Louisville KY (Hybrid/Remote flexibility)
Duration: 6 Months
Rate/Salary: Competitive and based on experience

As a Full Stack Tech Lead Sr. you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in creating robust scalable web and enterprise applications. You will architect full-stack solutions that meet both technical and business objectives ensuring best practices are followed in design coding and deployment.

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead the architecture design and development of end-to-end software solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.

• Oversee full-stack development initiatives including frontend (React Angular or Vue) and backend ( or Python) components.

• Establish coding standards perform code reviews and ensure best practices in scalability security and performance.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines automate deployments and ensure smooth integration processes.

Development & Implementation

• Design RESTful APIs microservices and integrations between distributed systems.

• Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces with modern UI frameworks.

• Develop and maintain database solutions (SQL/NoSQL) for high availability and performance.

• Identify and resolve technical issues bottlenecks and bugs throughout the software lifecycle.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with product managers UX/UI designers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Mentor and coach junior engineers promoting a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

• Participate in sprint planning technical discussions and architectural decision-making.

Quality Assurance & Best Practices

• Ensure solutions comply with industry standards security protocols and organizational guidelines.

• Conduct thorough testing and documentation to maintain high reliability and maintainability.

• Continuously evaluate new tools frameworks and practices to improve the software development process.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

• 8 years of professional experience in software development including 3 years as a Full Stack Tech Lead Sr.

• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (React Angular Vue) and backend languages ( Python).

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker Jenkins Kubernetes Git).

• Solid understanding of database systems such as MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB or Oracle.

• Proven experience designing and deploying microservices and RESTful APIs.

• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
