Job Summary

Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Englewood CO

Duration: 11 months

Job Description

Functional Consultants (FC) are tasked with facilitating requirements development sessions to gain an understanding of our customers current state processes and technology in the CRM space and supporting the implementation work that follow
The FC will elicit current state pain points and uncover gaps in CRM best practices
The FC will initiate and lead design discussions with the technical team and be responsible for documenting solution options
When appropriate they will also produce more detailed supporting materials such as business process diagrams wireframes and other context diagrams
As a Certified Salesforce Consultant the FC should efficiently synthesize both technical and business information and present implementation needs and options confidently
The FC has hands-on experience implementing functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams testing teams and business stakeholders during all phases of a project
The FC will work onsite and remotely with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements develop designs and implement
Building a clear requirements development strategy for each customer engagement
Leading discovery workshops which includes the facilitation of large audiences solution presentations and prototype demonstrations
Organizing and driving process reengineering sessions
Identifying and creating an inventory of customer process pain points and gaps in best practices
Defining Personas
Working experience with teams based in offshore - India for example
Experience with having calls with teams based in offshore during overlap time zones
Documenting requirements in User Story format
Performing rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components
Performing business process modeling user experience modeling and basic technical architecture diagramming
Interpreting technical and business strategy roadmaps and applying a detailed technical solution
Building and demonstrating prototypes in Salesforce
Presenting to business and technical teams
Participating and guiding customers through user acceptance test planning and execution
Leveraging multiple implementation team types (User experience Change Management Global Development Centres Developer Communities)

Qualifications

A strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations. Experience in several global Salesforce implementations comprised of the following:
8 years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst or 8 years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst or Product Owner for mid-to-large sized organization(s)
5 years of consulting experience leading business transformation projects
Experience with configuration and familiarity with custom development
Service Cloud and Experience cloud experience is required
Experience working in a scrum setting is required
Experience developing LOEs in conjunction with the technology team
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and extract transformation and load (ETL) tools
At least 4 Consultant Certifications
Located and able to work in USA/ Canada from a home office and able to travel for key meetings with client personnel
Salesforce certification
