Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst to collaborate closely with the OPERS IT team to support ongoing development enhancements and application support for key OPERS systems including Refunds Rewrite Healthcare Rewrite and COMPASS. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with OPERS standards.

Responsibilities:

Partner with OPERS business and IT teams to gather document and analyze business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories process flows and technical specifications.
Support ongoing enhancements testing and maintenance activities for existing OPERS applications.
Coordinate with developers testers and end users to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
Participate in system testing UAT coordination and issue resolution.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements process changes and application functionality
