Job Summary

Role Overview

Responsible for managing monitoring and maintaining the Solace messaging infrastructure across enterprise environments
Includes build and deployment activities middleware configuration and production support aligned with engineering standards

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

Administer and support Solace PubSub platform for high availability and scalability
Install configure and upgrade Solace instances
Monitor broker health message flows and ensure optimal performance

Build & Deployment

Design implement and maintain build and deployment processes for applications
Perform installation/upgradation of middleware technologies
Set up clustering/HA environments and trigger/monitor builds
Ensure clean VTM and BCM runs prior to turnover

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide Level 2/3 support for Solace-related incidents
Troubleshoot issues such as message delays loss or connectivity problems
Escalate issues to Level 3 support per defined procedure
