We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Document Review Clerk to join our remote this role you will review organize and manage digital documents to ensure accuracy and consistency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys clerical work values accuracy and prefers a calm task-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review electronic documents for accuracy completeness and correct formatting

  • Identify and correct simple data or labeling errors

  • Organize files and maintain digital document folders in a structured system

  • Ensure confidential information is handled securely

  • Communicate with team members to clarify or verify document details

  • Update tracking spreadsheets or databases as needed

  • Follow company guidelines for document naming filing and version control



Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

  • Proficient in basic computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace or similar tools)

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Good written communication skills

  • Prior clerical administrative or data entry experience is a plus (but not required)

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus. 5 years of experience in account management institutional sales or client success in the financial services industry. Deep understanding of private capital markets investment banking or alternative assets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with attention to detail and strategy. Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals. Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools.
